Performance characteristics: The single-billet jet-type heating furnace for long billet and hot shear production line are aluminum extrusion heating equipment that integrates thermal engineering,machinery, and automatic control. It uses liquefied gas or natural gas for enhanced jet heating, combined with hydraulic hot shearing and other new technologies. Compared with the energy consumption of traditional multi-billet hot shear furnaces, it saves 40% of gas.

Heating method: Direct-fired jet heating of aluminum billets in multiple zones, using flue gas waste heat to preheat aluminum billets and then entering the heat exchanger to preheat combustion air, so as to reduce exhaust temperature and energy consumption; heating control is performed on each zone, and each heating zone is equipped with a temperature sensor to monitor the aluminum billets in real time, so as to achieve gradient heating. The fuel used is: liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas.

Control mode: PLC + touch screen, which can perform manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic control operations.
