The traction and saw-cutting operation for extrusion profiles in the extruder can save 2-3 operators. The operation is simple and has a high degree of automation.
The traction machine is composed of a traction device, a saw-cutting device, a traction track, and a power unit. After the profiles are produced by the extruder, their surfaces are at high temperature. The traction device of the traction machine pulls the profiles with a constant and appropriate (adjustable) force to the handing table and slides them off, ensuring that the profiles are neatly arranged without deformation. After being tractioned to a certain length (as set), the saw-cutting device automatically cuts the profiles. The operation is simple, with automatic control, providing one rod one saw, one rod N saws, and N rods one saw.
