Function of the Automatic Handing Table for Aluminum Profiles:
Storage, cooling (air cooling or water cooling), conveying, straightening and correction, sawing, and other functions.

Composition:
Consists of an initial discharge table, sliding discharge table, transfer device, cooling table, straightening system, storage device, fixed-length conveying table, finished product saw table, fixed-length table, etc. Equipped with cooling air troughs, straightening machines, finished product saw tables, aluminum scrap recycling devices, and more.

Workflow of the Automatic Handing Table:
After the puller completes sawing (with a cooling air trough or water tank at the discharge port), the aluminum profile is placed on the initial discharge table. The sliding discharge table then transfers the profile to the transfer table, where cylindrical cooling fans underneath provide cooling. The transfer table conveys the cooled profile to the straightening table, where the straightening machine performs straightening and correction. The straightened profile is then transferred to the storage table. The fixed-length conveying table transports the aluminum profile to the finished product saw table and then to the fixed-length table. After sawing by the finished product saw, the aluminum profile is manually loaded into the storage frame.
