Aging furnace
Function of the Aging Furnace:
Inside the aging furnace, aluminum profiles are maintained within the temperature range of 180-200°C. After a certain period, the internal stress of the workpieces is eliminated, stabilizing the structure and dimensions while improving mechanical properties. Upon cooling after the aging process, precipitation hardening occurs, resulting in increased hardness.
Composition and Workflow of the Aging Furnace:
Consists of the furnace body, material carts, and rails. The sawn aluminum profiles are loaded into racks and pushed into the aging furnace for heating. Once the target temperature is reached, the system automatically controls and maintains the temperature within the set range. After the holding time is completed, the furnace door is opened, and the aluminum profile carts are pulled out for cooling (natural cooling or air cooling) to increase hardness.
